Primary. I do not include "featured" but I do include "and", "with". A degree of subjectivity is required: even with "and" if one of the artists has never been in the Top 20 before, the credit goes to the one that has; if both are virgins, they both get credited as a duet. It's a system that isn't necessarily right or wrong, it's only to be consistent. So, no, by this reckoning, Rihanna has never had 3 songs simultaneously in the Top 20 singles chart - but plenty of time with two - as above.
