He smokes too much. :(

 

In fairness it would be very hard to give up everything at the same time,.,,, I used to smoke & it took a lot of effort & concentration to give them up... hope Rob will when he is ready..... its not that easy especially if he has had to cut back on meds as well... One thing at a time I think. When you smoke for years it takes a long time to get your head around giving them up,. It is possible though.. I know. :huh:
