They definitely need to release an EP with the single cover and 3 tracks ASAP:

- Official version

- Sped up version

- Slowed down version

That would cover all basses. Should be done but, hopefully soon.

All they would have to do is literally just change the speed of the song and release it on streaming platforms... And as the song went viral precisely through a sped up version, an official version of it should have already been released.

If Gaga was under a serious label that was aware of market trends, these remixed versions would have been released weeks ago. She's having her streams stolen by unofficial versions everyday, and I mean millions of daily streams. They can't even do the minimum.

Unofficial sped up versions of Bloody Mary on Spotify yesterday:

5,121,532 (+351,107) [Pablo Baker]

3,054,832 (+136,650) [sped up viral]

500k just with these two unofficial releases on Spotify alone, I believe the answer to the topic is pretty clear.

YES!!! NO ONE is listeninf to the Steps Lite cheese version fromt he alhum!! They are listening to a chipmunk dance version of it that sounds nothing like the original. Release that!!! Cheesy sang's so bad that ANY CHANGE is for the better
Madonna left Interscope in 2020 and re-signed with Warner in 2021, taking her entire catalog to Warner, so it was Warner that released her remixes, but her catalog is probably still under Interscope ownership due to bureaucratic issues.

Her 2012-2019 material is still controlled by Interscope. I'm not sure when it's due to change ownership to Warner, but it will, eventually.

Or maybe she just doesn't want to. Maybe she has vetoed the release of a sped up version. I'd imagine she has some control of what's released under her name.

Trust me, Gaga doesn't give a shit about streaming, everything is managed by her label and her team. That's why she never wrote an open letter to any streaming platform complaining about the price they paid for each stream or smth like that.

These wasted streams :drama: At least take them down!?

They are incapable of doing the minimum, any other record company would have already taken down these unofficial versions and released official versions... Madonna, 64 yo, has already done that. RAYE, who doesn't even have a label, has already done that. I wonder why with Gaga even the most basic things become something difficult to do.

In Gaga's case, the situation is even worse, since it must be her team's fault as well, as they probably haven't contacted her label yet to ask them to take down these unofficial versions and release official versions, since even Madonna already released the sped-up version of her tiktok viral and her back catalog is apparently still under Gaga's label.

However, the biggest share of the blame remains with Gaga's label. They take a fat slice of her profits to boost and manage her songs on streaming platforms, and so far, they've done nothing. It's their job, not hers..
