March 1, 20232 yr It would make sense tbh, late this year or early next as the the new movie comes out in autumn 2024. So yeah, she will surely be in studio after the movie is done.

She isn't the Spice Girls, recording throwaway Forever in a couple weeks :lol:
March 1, 20232 yr Excited to see that she’s in the studio but I don’t think an album is coming this year. She’ll probably start the promo rollout for the album this year with the lead single coming later this year but the album won’t come until probably Q2 2024 Maybe she’s also doing stuff for Joker soundtrack?
March 1, 20232 yr Considering that the film's soundtrack will be mostly jazz and that its biggest inspiration will be the Cabaret soundtrack, she shouldn't waste a year making it. If it's jazz, it won't make any noise on the charts, as pure sales are dead and critical acclaim isn't certain, and without commercial success, the chances of a single from the soundtrack having award-winning success are low, as the film is a blockbuster and not an indie film. She must wake up and realize that this is 2023 and not 1973, the industry is different.
March 1, 20232 yr Lead single in September and album in October would be good and she's done that several times in the past, and I hope she does. However, lead single in Jan 2024 and album in Q1 2024 would be better as the Christmas flood would have already dropped off the charts, look at Miley, it worked out really well for her.
