I think Harry cares more about his artistic integrity than he does about a few extra sales (and tbh he doesn't need it, a deluxe re-issue wouldn't add that much in the grand scheme of things especially for an album that's streaming so well)

Exactly, I think he strikes a good balance between being a sales god and not taking advantage of it. I think he does great at it.
