Aaron Smith's Dancin' has been kickin around since 2005 and when it was released in the UK it got to #20 in the chart in January 2006. Since then it was given a new lease of life by Krono in 2014 which garnered success online.

 

Today on Party Anthems on Radio 1, Switch Disco (who are currently in the Top 10 with their own single) have produced a remix which was played and is a rework of the Krono version from what I can tell. Not sure when it's out, but Party Anthems usually plays stuff a couple of weeks ahead of release. It can be heard at the 42:45 mark here. I'm pretty sure this is the version that has been popular on TikTok.
