I recently stumbled across this beautiful piece from Diana Ross from the animated movie The Land Before Time;

 

 

I have not watched the movie for over three decades, but rewatching it with this soundtrack really made me emotional. :cry:

 

Has anyone else had an experience like this when revisiting older movies from your childhood?

Many times but usually it's the obscure ones from forgotten films that never get shown anywhere. Like theme tune to this one, packed with stars of the time and then thrown aside as if Sister Act did it first :lol:

 

And Olivia Newton John's first film which I saw at the cinema just as she was breaking in the UK and which was withdrawn from everywhere until the bloke behind it died. Livvie preferred to forget it ever existed but I enjoyed the group bits. The rest of The film is appalling, not even aliens and spaceships can save it :lol:
