The enigmatic English electronic producer Aphex Twin came out on top last week with a convincing 5-2-2 win over Club Bizarre artiste Ardl and poll regular Seb Wildblood. His first new music in 5 years, it leads the release of an EP called Blackbox Life Recorder 21f / in a room7 F760 out on July 28th. Pitchfork describes the track as "unusually reflective, with a thickening groove that falls back on soft, gentle synths."

This week was quite stacked overall, lots of good stuff. I very nearly voted for DJ_Dave. Shout out to the new DJ HEARTSTRING single 'It Ain't Over' which just missed out on making the poll this week.

A close one this week, Geo22 almost got my vote but The Chemical Brothers won it with that bass *.*

Easy win for the Chemical Brothers, much better than their previous release which I did quite like, can see this becoming a big favourite. Some other good ones too in Dusky, Shanti and Nikkon.
