GaGa pushed back, as she qanted to release only songs she had a hand in writing, and Hello Kitty was just being given to her. Rumour is a demo version with her vocals exists and is out there... The label knew Artpoo had only Gypsy to launch it, and so they thought a dubstep pop banger would work as a buzz single, going into Gypsy, to get her at least two hits from the same album.
