Seriously though I dont care what Robbie does this year as long as dosen't get totally P****D off & walk away & hearing what he has to say on his site recently I dont think that is going to happen.

It looks like he will be busy writing & creating new songs.

I am just watching the Top 100 Nation albums at the moment on VH1 ( repeat as you know from November ) & Guy Chambers was falling over in his good comments about Robbie - also Bono & some more , so I think I should take more notice of what I hear than from what I read - at least hearing it ,you can believe it but the written word from newspapers - well forget it.

I've never seen that programs :(

What did Bono say about him? ^_^

I think a lot of Robbie's negative publicity comes from the fact he is totally honest. He just says what he feels. If he's pissed off with someone he says he's pissed off. If he's feeling lousy, he says he's feeling lousy.

While this is great for us (and why I really love him), he is a PR man's worst nightmare.

As said above, the press then use all the comments to make him look bad whereas other artists who think the same (but are smart enough to keep their gobs shut) are painted in such a rosey light.

I don't think I would ever want him to change but his honesty ain't doing him any favours at the moment. :(

You're right... :( But I love the honesty! And if others can't understand that the press will do anything to sell, well.... I rarely read news about Robbie because I'm never sure if those were his real words and even when I do, I don't attach it much importance -_- As Tessa T said, it's better when you hear an interview, then you can be pretty sure about it. Though, today with the technology, they can take it all out of the context.

Robbie is like a big kid & cant help himself & just says what he feels & blurts it all out & the press love it - more amunition for them - Robbie - please stop.

Scotty - Bono said very little as I think it was edited - he did say however that his songs were great - I do know that Bono really respects him as an artist as he has said so many times.

Guy Chambers was falling over with praise & was really emphasising the input the Robbie had lyrically, melodically , ideas , etc to the songs that they wrote together & they showed loads of videos for his sons - Millennium / She's the One, etc. He had 6 albums in the TOP 100 - the most from anyone.

I also noticed in RW official site where Robbie was talking about his plans for the future of the site that it looked like he would be doing more video blogs ( he says doing more of these type of blogs ) . Did I hear right or is my mind going.

Being egoistic and knowing I will miss the lad I would say I want as much RW as possible in 2007.

But apart from that I agree with everyone that he should not really do much this year. :(

He's said himself in that Big Issue interview that the Brits are tired of him and I think he is right.

Obviously the die hard- fans are excluded but as for the great public... -_-

I think the only way they will ever learn to appreciate him again is if he is not around for a while, at least a year I'd say or even longer. Although that would be almost unbearable for me.

Couldn't agree more with everything you wrote there.
