I bombarded the Site with emails - they told me in future to email help@robbiewilliams.com.

Turns out they had not even checked to see if it was working - I told them that there was no point putting stuff out there for download if they didn't test it first to see if it worked or not & that it was happening all the time - TWITS - they dont have a clue --------------- !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I remember having the same problem when I wanted to download the MK vid, I got the ringtone ok but the site wouldnt let me download what I had paid for.

I managed to do it eventually but it took endless e mails to the robbiewilliams.com support
