Insane Saturday for Bastianini. Not only he 'helped' Bagnaia, he's back to 3rd on the standings.

Martinator only has to finish 9th tomorrow, so I expect him not to do any stupid thing.

Following the incident caused by M. Marquez that made Acosta retire earlier due to the loss of his front fairing, here is Acosta's thought:

“I was in front. I didn’t see anyone until Marc hit me. I was full on the right (of the track), (on the) inside. He (Marc) went in like no one was there. I will not say that it was his fault or not, but it was the third corner, it was not necessary to go like this. Even in corner two, it was Marc behind me, with (Franco) Morbidelli also. OK, he was able to carry more speed.

OK, if you carry more speed you overtake me and when he started to close the line (and) I (got) hit like this. But anyway I was there. I wasn't able to see him outside. I'm pissed off; it's been a long time since a fairing like that came off (like this) in MotoGP.”

Meanwhile, Marquez claims it was a racing incident:

"I am always honest in these situations and the touch was a racing incident, but if anyone could have avoided it it was me. He (Acosta) couldn't see me. We met and he didn't see anything. What happened to Augusto Fernandez yesterday (on Friday's practice), (it was) the same."

Meanwhile in the social media, many SE Asian Marquez fans claim that everyone standing up for Acosta are just pathetic Rossi fans who are still unable to move on from 2015.

Totally a deserving championship for both him and Pramac Racing.

Yes, in the MotoGP era. Last time it was Rossi back in 2001 during the 500cc era.

TNT Sports will broadcast MotoGP’s Sprint races, two Moto2 races, and a weekly highlights show free-to-air on Quest, as part of a rights renewal with the competition.

The “multi-year” deal sees TNT Sports and discovery+ continue to be the home of MotoGP, Moto2, and Moto3 in the UK and Ireland. It also adds the FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship, the FIM MotoE World Championship and competitions from the Road to MotoGP talent promotion intiative.

Quest’s Sprint, Moto2 and weekly highlights are the first time that it is showing MotoGP, and one of those two races will be the British GP. It has previously been used as a free-to-air window for other sports by TNT Sports, including the Formula E London E-Prix earlier this year.

With Factory Ducati having a contract with Monster Energy, Marquez finally ends his partnership with Red Bull.

“At Honda, of course, I was number 1. There were always new drivers trying to match me. Now I'm joining a new team. Pecco has won a lot in recent years."

"Ducati has another sponsor, so we can’t continue. Out of respect for Red Bull, I will not have a personal sponsor. I want to thank the Red Bull family, and I hope we remain friends."

For real, I don't even think Marquez looks like Marc Marquez without Red Bull. Intrigued to see his helmet design next season.
