Her physicals are relatively expensive aren't they? Not sure they'll be a major factor, maybe doing similarly to the physicals for 'Houdini'.

Regarding Ariana's Spotify listeners, she's been bleeding about half a million every day for obvious reasons (I do find it fascinating that there are a not insignificant number of people who listen to certain Christmas songs in late November and then not again for the rest of the year :lol: ) and will probably lose another 5-10 million come January 25th, which would keep her safely within the top 10 even if she wasn't about to re-gain a lot of listeners soon. The real point of curiosity though is that her biggest songs right now are just the perfunctory Weeknd remixes and whether that's inflating her numbers or if the success of those is an indicator of public interest.

It's prone to inflation by one or two viral songs for sure but I wouldn't say it has nothing to do with the success of new releases.

Ariana's vinyl single is 9.99 and the Cd single is 3.99 so I wouldn't expect much, none are sold out so not cazillions of preorders either

 

curious to hear the single although wish it wasn't interpolating/being based on Vogue, that's the less original thing ever :/
