April 28, 20241 yr I can see why this one wasn't on the main tracklist  oh yes you deserved that demotion x
April 28, 20241 yr It is such a dream all of these songs are now on streaming, their team really have stepped it up this time around!
April 28, 20241 yr Author The b-sides were on top form this era, they could all have made the album I think, this is another fun one and I love hearing some more shared out vocals!
April 28, 20241 yr I've noted down my ratings as we've gone along! While the songs are fresh you guys should too :)
April 28, 20241 yr Author Yes, strongly recommend rating the songs now if you haven't already! You can post part 1 immediately or keep it safe and post the whole thing in one go ^_^ I've posted mine already! Thanks all for joining, what a fun listening party  join us same time next week for part 2, the '7' era!
April 28, 20241 yr Thank you so much for hosting Joseph and to everyone else that attended! I had so much fun re-listening to this album with you all  Hopefully see you next week too!
April 28, 20241 yr Thanks for hosting Joseph and I loved reading along. I’ll aim to start my solo listening party in the next two or so hours. :)
April 28, 20241 yr Bring It All Back: Infectious from start to finish, what a debut single! Brings back so many memories from 1999.
April 28, 20241 yr You're My Number One: Back to back bops! For a long time this was the clear standout on the album for me. Disappointed it never got a release in Australia but thankfully I was able to watch Hitlist UK back in the day where I got my You're My Number One music video fix!
April 28, 20241 yr Two In A Million: They really got the singles right with this album didn't they. Another highlight for me, though it doesn't feature as much in the rotation as the more uptempo singles.
April 28, 20241 yr S Club Party: 4/4 to start the album! I was a little indifferent to this for close to two decades and honestly I'm not sure why. Love, love love it now though!
April 28, 20241 yr Everybody Wants Ya: First off, I can confirm that this is titled 'Everybody Wants Ya' on Apple Music. :) Another very good song, a small step behind the four singles. For a long time I thought this would've made a great single, but now I'm not entirely convinced. Still love it though.
April 29, 20241 yr Viva La Fiesta: I just want to party forever! This would've been my choice for a fifth single, had've one been released. It's not my favourite album track but I think it would've fitted the charts at the time very well. On a level pegging with 'Everybody Wants Ya' for me.
