It's now likely that MAYHEM is gonna surpass how many weeks Chromatica did. Once MAYHEM reaches 25 weeks, it'll be Gaga's third longest-charting album! @HausofMayhem @Sour Candy

Well, I hate to come here as the only post so far of not complete positivity but I’m a little disappointed :( I do like pretty much every song and I particularly like the run of How Bad Do U Want Me

Lady Gaga on MAYHEM:

"As a songwriter and producer for over 20 years,I took helm of my style and claimed it passionately in this body of work. Owning my unique blend of pop, glam, electro, industrial, dance, rock, funk musical chaos that I defined in my work years ago with my debut album "The Fame." This is the style of my formative years that is at the undercurrent of my unique sound - even as I've ventured into many different musical genres throughout my career.

Additionally, MAYHEM is my integration of who I am in real life and who I am on stage. MAYHEM musically and artistically expresses my dualities—vulnerability and intensity held together in one space. This was my time to reclaim myself, creatively and personally—and the music was the result of that process and my desire to give that sense of "reclaiming of self" to fans around the world.

Ultimately my dream was for fans worldwide to be moved by the music—dancing and partying through their personal challenges with the album as a musical metaphor knowing there is no feat too big to gain yourself back if you lose yourself. And the way to gain yourself back is to celebrate who you are. To make your art the way you want to—no matter the MAYHEM of it all. So we made this album and turned its story into a gothic dream THE MAYHEM BALL so I could coexist in it with my Little Monsters around the world.

Thank you for embracing my mayhem and for seeing the light that came after.

With love,

Lady Gaga."

I'm not crying you are x

12th week top 40! Chromatica managed 13 as a compare here (MAYHEM still has the tour boost end of this month and the vinyl drop still to come) this should hopefully at least match that!

Good to see it stick around in the top 40 though. We had a busy week this week!

Still holding there, which is good!!

When do the Grammy nominees get announced?

BBC has included this in their 15 best albums of 2025 so far list

"Gaga's first proper pop album in five years is a return to the devil-may-care maximalism that made her a star. Second single Abracadabra, a bombastic synth-pop stomper that borrows melodically from Siouxsie and the Banshees, climaxes with a ludicrous hook that only she could pull off: "Abracadabra, amor-oo-na-na!" But even when she's being silly – knowingly so – the singer is deadly serious in her pursuit of pop nirvana. Other highlights include the postmodern headbanger Perfect Celebrity, Prince-gone-punk theatrics of Killah and campy disco bop Zombieboy, which sounds a bit like Blondie soundtracking a horror film. This endlessly entertaining LP is also sprinkled with Gaga's own sonic signatures – see Garden of Eden's Poker Face-style stuttering vocal hook "I'll t-t-take you to the Garden of Eden". Mayhem isn't a misleading title, but "controlled chaos" sums up the whole endeavour more accurately. (Nick Levine)"

Still top 75 at least and a little climb from the midweeks. Hoping to see an increase this week in consumption with MAYHEM Ball impact with the tour reaching London this week!

Fingers crossed Mayhem Ball will have a significant impact on boosting the album sales!
