It's now likely that MAYHEM is gonna surpass how many weeks Chromatica did. Once MAYHEM reaches 25 weeks, it'll be Gaga's third longest-charting album! @HausofMayhem @Sour Candy

  • UK Album Chart 32 56 23 MAYHEM, Lady Gaga (Peak: 1) Amazing week for her! Albums charting at #32 and #42!! Another 3.3k so the total is 162.2k

  • These gains!!!

Will ‘Mayhem: Requiem’ being released help the original album and boost its sales, or is it counted separately on the charts? unsure

MAYHEM on Apple Music right now:

#11 Brazil (+9)

#62 Turkey (+25)

#63 Australia (+50)

#69 China (+3)

#75 Netherlands (+39)

#80 New Zealand (+116)

#81 Spain (+48)

#84 Mexico (+60)

#98 Taiwan (+23)

#105 Hong Kong (+9)

#117 Italy (+69)

#143 Ireland (+36)

#148 Switzerland (NE)

#159 Germany (+30)

#160 United Kingdom (NE)

Interested to see the impact on the original album as Requiem drops louis3

I’m so confused, would all of ‘Mayhem: Requiem’ count towards the original parent album in the charts, or will it be a separate entry?

I’m seeing mixed comments on how it’d chart, but I’m glad to see the reaction it’s having on ‘Mayhem’ ❤️.

I think I saw someone said the signed vinyls will count towards next weeks chart instead, so we should expect another climb! cheer

For reference, Gaga's longest-charting albums on the Billboard 200:

1. The Fame — 468 weeks

2. A Star Is Born — 109 weeks

3. The Fame Monster — 74 weeks

4. MAYHEM — 62 weeks

5. Born This Way — 61 weeks

6. Joanne — 49 weeks

7. Chromatica — 41 weeks

8. Cheek To Cheek — 30 weeks

9. ARTPOP — 29 weeks

10. The Remix — 24 weeks

11. Love For Sale — 6 weeks

12. A Very Gaga Holiday — 2 weeks

13. Born This Way: The Remix — 2 weeks

14. Harlequin — 1 week

15. Dawn Of Chromatica — 1 week

The Fame Monster managing 74 weeks as an EP too! I believe now it’s combined with The Fame but very impressive how well it did on its own accord there!

Joanne on 49 weeks too!

I wonder what her UK top 200 is like (her top 100 list below for reference)

  1. The Fame (397 weeks - still charting)

  2. A Star Is Born (64 weeks) album charted under Motion Picture Cast Recording so sadly not under her OCC page but she was instrumental to its success!

  3. Born This Way - 60 weeks

  4. MAYHEM - 34 weeks

  5. Chromatica - 24 weeks

  6. The Remix - 23 weeks

  7. Joanne - 22 weeks

  8. ARTPOP - 16 weeks

  9. Cheek to Cheek - 14 weeks

  10. Love for Sale / Harlequin - 2 weeks

  11. Born This Way The Remix - 1 week / Dawn of Chromatica - 1 week

Good to see in the UK that her weeks on albums top 100 have increased in weeks since ARTPOP amongst her solo albums.

If we don't count The Fame, Mayhem is way above average in the UK too. Quite respectable today when most studio albums go like 1-25-out

Edited by Sour Candy

The Fame / Monster is on a league of its own. I think it’s safe to say it’s one of the biggest pop eras of all time so anything compared to it is going to be minuscule 😅.

Other big streaming acts and their most recent studio albums:

Bruno Mars, 9 weeks

Beyoncé, 21 weeks

Katy Perry, 1 week

The Weeknd, 14 weeks

Drake, 30 weeks

So Mayhem's 34 weeks is pretty damn good.
