I loved their cover of Thoughtless.
January 11, 200718 yr Wow! Awesome! I also love Thoughtless, I love the anger Amy sort of puts across in it with her voice and attitude. <3
January 11, 200718 yr "Freak on a Leash" is a very old Korn song, it was off their 1998 album "Follow The Leader"... Frankly I dont see the point in re-releasing it with a different vocal added and just going over old ground... Why not do a totally new collaboration..? I like Korn, I like Ev, but this kinda seems a bit cheap to me.... <_<
January 11, 200718 yr never heard it before, sounds good though Here ya go mate, the KoRn original.... Great song, legendary award-winning video..... Enjoy.. PdT1sblDtQg Oh and before anyone mentions The Matrix and 'bullet time', this vid was done BEFORE The Matrix came out......
January 11, 200718 yr doesnt seem to be working for me,.. Weird.... It plays fine when I do it, I tested it.... Umm, try watching it on YouTube then... Anyone else have problems with playback....?
January 11, 200718 yr oh its working for me now, i love the music, yeah its a good song, i cant imagine amy singing it though, hmm , probz souns brilliant though im sure.

I just dunno how it's gonna work with her doing it.... It's a very aggressive, very male song (okay, that is NOT intended to come off as sexist btw okay, I'm talking in terms of the song's attitude and aggression...), especially when John Davis does those gutteral vocalisations mid-song, how's Amy gonna emulate THAT??? It would be a bit like Dani Filth trying to do a Mariah Carey song.....
January 15, 200718 yr Well, it´s a collaboration, you don´t know which parts will be sung by each vocalist. I think Toughless would be a better song for this collab.

But why not just do a totally new song, like with the Seether collaboration...? I dont see what purchase is really gained by going over this (very) old ground.... It's pretty fukkin' lazy of both bands IMO....
January 16, 200718 yr MTV Unplugged´s are usually unplugged versions of the band´s biggest songs, so that´s the reason...
January 16, 200718 yr MTV Unplugged´s are usually unplugged versions of the band´s biggest songs, so that´s the reason... Blimey, I cant even imagine what "Freak On A Leash" 'unplugged' would come off like, if you listen to the original song, the actual production of it is as important to the effect as the tune itself... How can you do that signature guitar effect on an acoustic....??
January 28, 200718 yr I just heard this, I really like it, theres some parts where the voices don't quite fit together but on a whole it's very good! Especially when each artists sings individually. QAuy0-5W94g
January 28, 200718 yr Author Good duet, but his voice doesn't appeal to me, especially in the chorus. Hers however sounds fantstic.
January 28, 200718 yr Afraid it doesn't work for me... The original of this song is a total KILLER track, this acoustic version of it is just pointless imo, it's meant to be a loud, aggressive and ROCKIN' track to flail around in a Mosh Pit to, not some chin-strokey, 'stool rock' folk song... And Amy is rather scarily beginning to take on the guise of Lacuna Coil's Cristina Scabbia in both physical form and voice in this clip... BLIMEY, I thought it really was Cristina to start off with...
January 31, 200718 yr Adding Amy Lee to the acoustic version of "freak on a leash" is completely genius!!! Korn and Amy Lee are the perfect match and together bring an entirely new quality to the song. i honestly cannot stop listening to it. and when i heard it on the radio i was stoked! so you better go check it out if you havent yet heard it because basically, it rocks!!!
