Oh btw I dunno whether this has being mentioned already somewhere but the video is a Radio 1 exclusive on their site until Monday, and the track itself is getting played quite a lot on the actual station at the moment. ^_^

By the way I am not a Weirdo , but I do like Weird things. This video really takes my fancy, it is brilliantly done & it will be one that I will be happily to add to my collection. There are not too many videos that I would watch over & over or that I would remember a lot, but this one I think will stick in my mind. The other two that stood out were Come Undone & Sexed Up. I really hope this track does well for him, he deserves that at the very least after all the S**T he has had to put up with in the press.l

He will NEVER top the originality and the brilliance of the Rock DJ vid IMO. It is just so legendary now, up there with 'Thiller' I believe :smoke:

on pro7 german television channel was a negativ report about the video and how rob looks.. they asked some ppl on the streets and most of them were shocked and said he's gay.. so first feelings about the video in germany are bad..

 

 

Too bad these ppl are sooooo small minded.... or is it that they just don't understand artistic creativity and the how a creative mind works???

It is really sticking up his two fingers to people out there who criticise him. He is special & a fantastic video.

Its a video that can be interpreted in any form - . I mean when he sings about Kate & Sara & Gyneth & her fella he is looking at the Drag Queens around the room as if selecting them as the characters - . Also when he sings about Madonna he is looking at the Blonde Drag queen dancing in front of hi itm.

I think that he leaves up the audience looking at the video to interpet it any way they wish , that is the beauty of this video.

Very clever & funny.

ppl tend to criticise things or ppl they don't understand.. in germany MANY think that rob is gay or kind of crazy.. its still not accepted to be a robbie williams fan (I'm obviously more than just a fan I'm a stalker ;) ) when u are male.

I thought Germany had a huge respect for Rob in general :o . In Australia he is certainly respected for the great entertainer he is.

Exactly, he leaves it open to interpretation and that is why I love this video. Its a piece of twisted genius in disguise So smartly put together and well done, with so many layers to it. Ofcourse some will only see Robbie in drag and not look beyond that, but that's their loss.
