The harsh daylight setting is intentional and works - she is battling with herself and her anxieties in broad daylight, in front of the world. The world watches on as she struggles, the cars keep driving past.

 

I love the video - it's horrifying yet beautiful. The claustrophobic scenes at the end are tough to watch! It's quintessential classic Gaga and exactly what I wanted.

Hoping it stabilises and gets some sort of chart run before Christmas really takes over! It’s climbing over on Apple too and have seen that the tracks also been added to some Halloween playlists (although not sure what impact that may have).

Unfortunately, Disease isn't the kinda song that sticks for long (unless she promotes it a lot). Too abrasive and Christmas is right around the corner. But the song that plays in the car at 2:12... yes, that's a catchy hit right there!

Yeah I can't stop playing it right now. It's also the PERFECT driving song after seeing the music video, because why do I become the crazed black-costumed-Gaga as I'm driving and listening to it

Great to see this #1 on iTunes still after being available for a week. Showing some longevity and people really like the video too.

I got Spotify promo when I opened it a few hours ago! It showed a link to the video version of the song (4:21 long) :o

Her label have sent a cheque it seems! #1 song on both Spotifys Todays Top Hits and Apples Todays Hits.

 

Let’s see what this does but now Halloween is done the older songs should start falling from today and Tyler’s album tracks too! Hoping we’re now in for a steady week two and we get a stable hit.
