Ah very true!

Hopefully it'll mark a chart return for James Bay. He's been releasing some really good Americana stuff in the last few years, with this one being my favourite

We need James Bay back. This is a very good strategy bringing in Noah Kahan

This is great! Very catchy indeed. I'd love for it to be a hit, but I'm not keeping my hopes up.

It should go at least Top 100 I think though, as Noah's collab with Kelsea Ballerini charted at #84 a few weeks ago.

disappointed at the lack of radio / spotify support, only #20 on HH :/

R2 but not R1

R2 doesn't make hit singles (but maybe R1 doesn't either)

It doesn't scream "instant playlist material" even with the Noah involvement. R1 might pick it up but it's too soon to tell
Why does this remind me of Let's Talk About Sex by Salt-N-Pepa, I checked if it was a sample even

This is exactly my first thought, too! :cheeseblock:

Amongst the discussion of his new single 'Changes All The Time', I completely missed that James Bay has announced a new album! 'Changes All The Time' is out on September 20th.

Tracklist:

1. Up All Night (with The Lumineers & Noah Kahan)

2. Everburn

3. Hope

4. Easy Distraction

5. Speed Limit

6. Talk

7. Hopeless Heart

8. Some People

9. Go On

10. Crystal Cleae

11. Dogfight

sad that not even having Noah Kahan on this has generated any interest

at least it's charting on amazon, it sits at #6
