  • Another week in top ten

  • "Die With A Smile" has now accumulated over 1 million units in the UK this year (1,005,000). Total units now at 1,640,000. Should go 3x Platinum early next year.

And with that... Lady Gaga becomes the first woman in history to have a song spend 50 weeks in the top 10 on the Hot 100.

It's not going anywhere... Until it hits the 2 year mark, then it moves to dominating the Replay Singles Chart.

One of, if not THE biggest selling song ever.

Not sure if it’s been posted but on the United World Charts 3 weeks ago, it dethroned Elton John after his 28 year old record, becoming the global site’s highest sold record ever! A true MEGAHIT!

It's always good to see Gaga at the top, but I think they've been overestimating sales of recent songs. Like, there's no way in this world APT is one of the 10 biggest songs of all time...

APT is a MASSIVE hit, which competed with Die With A Smile during its Spotify peak era. It was the only song which stood up against DWAS.

I think people under estimate ASIA, which APT was HUGE (and in the west, it was a mega monster hit as well).

You look at the certifications and the evidence is there, so yes, the list I do believe is quite accurate (although I agree with streaming, the recent songs overall may be inflated compared to physical singles chart era).

All the huge 2024 hits are a bit fishy - not that DWAS or APT weren't BIG, they were, but their Spotify streams were astronomical compared to the hits of 2023 and 2025.

Nobody said it's not a massive song, I just don't believe it's one of the 10 biggest songs of all time. It just doesn't seem right. There are many other bigger songs.

2024 just seemed to be a year where there were hits upon hits, and hits which stood the test of time and are still lingering on today’s music charts.

Beautiful Things, Espresso, Birds Of A Feather, Die With A Smile, APT., Lose Control are just some of the songs released in 2024. In comparison 2023 and 2025 seemed quite subpar in the pop world when pitted against 2024.

Their streaming peak seem accurate, the only fishy thing about streams is autoplay. Current hits, and even hits from decades ago, pulling millions of daily streams until the end of time, inflating numbers and distorting just how big they were and their real impact simply because Spotify's algorithm wants it that way. Autoplay should be banned from all streaming platforms. Not to mention that it's easily manipulated by record labels.

#10 in the UK Year End 2025 chart!

Glad it managed to stay top 10.

"Die With A Smile" did roughly 1,093,000 units in the UK in 2025!

Great!

Industry plant Olivia Dean stealing #9 spot in the last week of the chart tho... rolleyes

#1 song of 2025 according to Mediatraffic (UWC)!

Bruno having both of the top 2 songs is insane. It's been such a huge year for him.
