For everyone saying It's Like That is just more R&B dirge, it seemed to have gained her a lot of fans. :o

Became a fan when she released Fantasy, which was the first Mariah single i bought. First Mariah album was Butterfly and I've bought all her albums and singles (except Loverboy :puke2: ) released after that point plus Daydream.

Butterfly is excellent isn't it? My favourite album of all time. :wub:

R&B has got her loads of new fans, but she seems to be like a fad here, everyone's talking about WBT/SIO when it came out by me and now no one mentions her :P

I think around this time too :D I hope it isn't like B'Day where we can tell it's been rushed. I guess I would prefer it to be released near the end of the year if it's not totally ready and it be an amazing album, rather that it be rushed through and just be mediocre. meh.

Well to be fair Mimi was released in April/May 2005, so she's had almost 2 years to get working on new material. :lol:

I am thinking it won't be rushed too, and I'm really looking forward to the collabo with Sean Paul, but I hope that's the only rapper if not 1 or 2 more on the album -_-. I hope she does an old school song like Love Takes Time or Hero for the fans, cause that's what we want to hear! Not some c**p like that song with Twista she did, can't even remember the name :P

Yep, definitely my favourite Mariah album and in my top 5 of all time. I love My All and Whenever You Call. Breakdown too, shoulda been a single.
