Great day for Sauber and Bortoleto. Car has clearly improved. Three races in a row getting points, Bortoleto looked quick all weekend and deservedly got points so nearly getting Alonso.

  • There's also quite a few drivers who had multiple poles but didn't convert any of them to wins e.g.: Chris Amon - 5 pole positions but never won a race Keke Rosberg - 5 pole positions and 5 victories

It wouldn't be changing the cars just for one track. Hungary, Jeddha, Barcelona, Singapore, Miami, Suzuka, Imola all have problems delivering overtaking. You would improve the racing across the board.

^ The heat. Simple as that.

Mercedes always struggle in high temps

Which is ridiculous that they haven't yet sorted it out. There's very few Vegas like cool races on the calendar, it won't be accepted for much longer once the new regs take action.

True. The new regs also mean a new engine design and the existing one, that they've not been allowed to change, is half the problem.

Lots of talk saying that both of the exit clauses in Verstappen's contract have now been met.

That is -

Max below 2nd in WDC

Red Bull below 3rd in Constructors.
