Yesterday at 08:151 day I looked into this. These are the only races with no DNFsEven if you discount Belgium 2021 there's still Turkey. This also highlights the ridiculous reliability since the mid 2010's compared to previous years.1961 Dutch GP2005 US GP (14 DNS though)2005 Italian GP2011 European GP2015 Japanese GP2016 Chinese GP2016 Japanese GP2018 Chinese GP2019 Austrian GP2021 French GP2021 Belgian GP (Wet 'race')2021 Turkish GP (Intermittent rain)2022 Hungarian GP (Bottas retired on lap 65 but classified as 20th - drizzle and light rain at the end)2023 Miami GP2023 Spanish GP2023 Abu Dhabi GP (Sainz retired lap 57 but classified 18th)2024 Bahrain GP2024 Spanish GP2024 Austrian GP (Norris retired but classified 20th)2024 Dutch GP2025 Japanese GP2025 Belgian GP (Wet to dry race)
Yesterday at 09:211 day 1961 Dutch GP being the wild outlier there! As much as chaotic races are entertaining I do like this era when reliability issues are less common as it makes for a much more fair title fight based more on ability and not sheer luck.
22 hours ago22 hr The 1961 Dutch GP is also one of only 2 in history where no driver made a pitstop. The other? Belgium 2021
