It’s hard as Liverpool have literally roasted Newcastle here. Bit like when Chelsea took advantage of us to get Torres.

Newcastle after Sesko and Wissa, probably want at least one of those deals tied up before Isak goes, but pretty clear Newcastle have been backed into a corner here.

Backup for Ederson? (Who's definitely not going anywhere despite all the speculation)

Think he’ll most likely go. Otherwise, could see Ederson being 2nd choice at some point. Trafford will definitely be 1st choice within the next 12 months. Could be similar to the keeper we’ve got from Valencia.

Newcastle really are having a terrible transfer window.

The Championship side have held talks with the player, who is a free agent after leaving Manchester United this summer.

Negotiations are reportedly progressing well and heading in a positive direction.

Morgan Gibbs-White has signed a new three-year contract with Nottingham Forest.

Forest say it is a club-record deal and a "statement of intent from our owner Evangelos Marinakis".

Leeds are ready to pay £28m plus add-ons for Feyenoord winger Igor Paixao.

It’s understood the clubs were not able to come to an agreement on Leeds’ opening bid of £26m, plus add-ons. Negotiations are ongoing.

Marseille also remain in talks with the Dutch club and Roma continue to monitor the situation.

Leeds have signed Lyon goalkeeper Lucas Perri in a £15.6m (€18m) deal.

The 27-year-old has penned a four-year deal, becoming the seventh confirmed summer addition for Daniel Farke’s side.
