Even though I know I disagree with a lot of people in this thread on footballing matters.. I think we can all take solodice that we're already bored of the Gyokores celebration and he's not even score

I think Mbeumo would be a good signing, him and Cunha could possibly bounce off each other a bit similar to Andy Cole and Dwight Yorke. After how last season turned out even the smallest of steps woul

There is still plenty of work to be done, and a clearout should be the priority, but it depends who is interested in approaching big waged Rashford, Sancho etc. I need Jean-Philippe Mateta to join U

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to fly into Marseille on Wednesday ahead of finalising his return to the Ligue 1 club.

Aubameyang is expected to have a medical in the south of France on Thursday.

Interesting stance personally I don’t want to see Isak at Liverpool

A lot of it is PR at the moment. Of course they can keep Isak, just not really sure that's a good long term play. I think it gets done, just don't think it will be something that happens anytime soon. Pretty clear to me, Liverpool have not bid until Newcastle get sorted with a replacement.

Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign Ajax centre-back Jorrel Hato.

It’s understood Chelsea will pay an initial fee of £35.5m, plus add-ons, for the 19-year-old.

Hato is due to arrive in London in the coming days to undergo a medical and finalise the paperwork on a long-term contract.

Marseille have confirmed the signing of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

The 36-year-old has signed a two-year deal and returns to the club just over a year after leaving to join Saudi side Al Qadsiah.

Sunderland have agreed a deal with Chelsea for striker Marc Guiu.

The 19-year-old has agreed to a season-long loan.

Guiu has had the green light to undergo a medical on Wearside after a breakthrough in talks was reached this morning.

The ex-Barcelona youngster will become Sunderland's 9th signing of the window.

Apparently it was 60 mill upfront then 60mill installments with some adds ons going to 130 mill. Newcastle might as well hold out for 200

I think it probably gets done for about £125m with another £15m of add-ons. If Liverpool have bid, I'd say it's pretty clear it gets sorted soon. It's a lot of money for sure.

I also think the media are about 24 hours behind what is going on too. I don't think it's in Newcastle's interest to play hardball, by all accounts they are being turned down by players who are worried Newcastle won't let them leave.

I think it is because say they spend(they won’t he wants Man Utd) 70 mill on sesko that’s gaining 50 mill for isak but downgrading massively and improving a rival logically the only way to justify this sale is for an extortionate amount and 120 somehow doesn’t sound that much for what probably is the best striker in the world

Newcastle are not a rival of Liverpool, they might see themselves as one, but they are certainly not a rival. By all accounts it sounds like Isak's camp communicated months ago to Newcastle that he wished to leave and they've had next to zero contingency plans in place. It's been an absolute disaster of a summer for them, don't think they managed a single target in the transfer window outside of Elanga. I think this all gets done for about £125m with some achievable and not achievable add-ons in play.

Well if Newcastle are aiming to win the premier league which is surely the aim after getting into the champions league then they’re a rival not to mention they beat Liverpool in the league cup final. If they sell him to Liverpool for under 150mill and get Watkins it’ll be a long season for them the fans will be in chronic depression every game

Well…

The problem is there isn’t a suitable replacement out there in fact the one that was Liverpool signed last week 😂
