Posted August 11Aug 11 I think both Take me for a Ride and Hard 2 Forget are 2 of their singles from the later years that possibly get overlooked comparing to the other singles they have released.From the two which do you prefer?
August 11Aug 11 Going for 'Take Me For a Ride' - it's enjoyable enough, not essential and one I admittedly do forget about these days.I prefer the original version of 'Hard 2 Forget' to theirs.
Tuesday at 07:205 days Author For me take me for a ride I was expecting more as it was a lead and it felt disappointing where with hard 2 forget my expectations were lower of that makes sense.
Friday at 23:262 days Author Ya it was close for me aswell but overall both songs are not 2 i revisit much.
Friday at 23:332 days I for one absolutely LOVE Take me for a ride, it's such an earworm for me, Lee's "I wonder part." 😍 Feel like it get a bit of unfair treatment and possibly wouldn't if it had been second single from the album instead.Anyway that is my choice.

Ironically The slightest touch would have been the best option but then they'd be starting with a cover single which they have never done despite having a fair few covers in their discography!

How did I forget about The Slightest Touch!
15 hours ago15 hr Author Slightest touch would have been the best choice as lead, the fact it made the midweek top 100 which never happens for them showed it might have charted with a further push as lead.Living in a lie then as 2nd single.
