Posted March 9, 200619 yr From Arctic Monkeys website 01.03.06 SCUMMY MAN The DVD features two short films which were made by Warp Films. These tell the story of Nina and what happens in her day to day life. Filming was done on location in Sheffield and shot in super 16mm by award winning director of photography, Danny Cohen. Stephen Graham (Snatch, Top Buzzer) stars as the Scummy Man and Lauren Socha plays the part of Nina. The shorts were written and directed by Paul Fraser who had previously co-written award winning film Twentyfourseven and A Room for Romeo Brass (these films were both directed by Shane Medaows .) The film will be available on DVD and includes the music promo for 'When The Sun Goes Down'. The DVD will be released on the 10th of April and will be available through Domino. LifeLight
