Do we think they should promote it a bit more to get some chart succes?

I doubt it would get any chart success at all tbh. Could have maybe given them a lower position in their heyday but I think it would have broken their run of top 5s unless it was accompanied by an original song too.

Ya likely to not have done as well as their other singles but would still have done ok for them, do like their version, unlikely to get more traction now though.

I agree it should've been paired as a doubler a release, rather than a stand alone single.

Might have been a better way to lead the light up the world campaign aswell.

Giving this a few listens today as I’ve neglected Christmas songs a bit this past week.

I've been concentrating on kylies Xmas all week and literally played kylie all week to support so I'm back to music variation again so steps will have a look in.

Maybe they can focus on it a little bit more and getting some ‘Santa, baby’ succes? If only to get some more streams around Christmas.

Their listening audience always go up around the Christmas. Up 200K, currently 1,1 m. So I assume something draws more listeners around this time?

I think there is an opportunity there if they played their cards right.

With some small promo it could work if you ask me.

Their monthly listeners are at 1.2 m atm.

Agreed and do the 3 physical versions. I think in general steps missed a trick not releasing any physicals for the singles since they reformed, they have the fanbase for it.

Totally! Look at Kylie..maybe not a top 10 but with some releases a top 40/100 would’ve been possible.

And focus with this one also to get more streaming, especially around nov/dec.
