Posted February 4Feb 4 Now that the Grammys are over and the MAYHEM Ball is heading towards its conclusion, what is next for Gaga?If we are getting new music, what genre will it be? If TOTAL MAYHEM is coming, when is it dropping? Is another Jazz album due?

February 4Feb 4 I’m torn! I hope the MAYHEM era isnt about to end but I feel like it’s possible we might be heading towards a new project now what’s a whole separate era!I’m thinking more rock based (kind of like what she initially proposed for MAYHEM) and birds being some sort of signal to the theme by her fashion choices at GRAMMYs and Rolling Stone cover. Weeknd Collaboration hopefully being real too (a lot of coincidences now although I don’t see him on a rock track so maybe she’s the feature here..). I’m also thinking we might get Vanish with a slight radio push and music video with performances from the tour (kinda a rihanna cheers esque video) and that may drop alongside Requiem Show?for chart purposes I’d kinda love TOTAL MAYHEM to be real and a full deluxe as it would be a great way for her to potentially have two albums charting top 75 at the same time for multiple weeks 😆
Friday at 22:215 days Where is this song from (is it an original or a cover)? Looks like Gaga will sing this as part of a commercial for the Superbowl (fingers crossed it’ll be released digitally and on streaming too).
Saturday at 00:265 days She could just release Mayhem Deluxe already, right? She seems to be allergic to chart success...But anyway, if her Grammy performance was a hint of her next step, she'll delve deep into darkwave and Gesaffelstein will be the main producer of LG8. It'd certainly be met with critical acclaim, but chart-wise, it wouldn't be a good idea.Rumors say she was in the studio last year with genius Giorgio Moroder. If true, I'd LOVE LG8 to be a disco album, paying homage to late 70s. If she gets Nile Rodgers on board as well, it'd be the best album of her career. I loved Dead Dance so a disco album would be my nirvana.Regardless, I hope they've finally learned from those Grammy losses not to allow a 7-month gap between singles, but I'm sure they'll find a way to f*** everything up again in the next era rollout.

Devil Wears Prada likely already does and The Weeknd collaboration may well be in the works now if she’s had any spare time that is! There’s definitely mutual love there though. I don’t think MAYHEM is gonna get a continuation though. I think the next era for Gaga outside of collaborations and soundtracks will be a new project / new sound / new theme (maybe more in line with what we’ve seen on GRAMMYs and what’s rumoured to have been the theme for the Requiem show). I actually feel like the next full length Gaga album might be as far away / as long a wait as what it was between Chromatica and MAYHEM but I don’t think MAYHEM is getting continued as much as I’d love for her to continue this era.Also think Bad Bunny is bound to actually work with her on an original track too!
