Golden by HUNTR/X has now become my favorite song of all time after its legendary Best Original Song win at the Oscars. It manages to make a dent in the Absolutely album bomb, which blocked Aperture and The Great Divide from returning, sent the charts into utter frenzy, and pushed a number of songs into the recurrent zone, including an Ella Langley song that makes its farewell. Also, Charlotte Cardin debuts early, and astonishingly high over such a small time period.

Recurrency Markers:

- Below #30: >=5 weeks or a Top 10 peak

- Below #20: >=7 weeks or a Top 5 peak

- Below #15: either >=10 weeks AND a Top 10 peak, or >=7 weeks AND a Top 5 peak

- Below #10: >=10 weeks AND #1 peak

Great chart!

Take care.

The Way We Touch was actually initially predicted to debut in the top 40 but it was just so good it debuted this early and is now bound to be a new #1 by next week. I think Ready Steady Go could join those three Harry songs if the week doesn't get too crowded. Nothing Left and To Love Somebody are just so good. And even if Golden won't do much beyond this week since the Oscars are done, I will tell many of the songs you mentioned are going to stay, maybe even gain.

Thank you for the comment and I hope you are doing well 😊

Absolutely made my favorite album of the year this far so not surprising. Holly is on fire right now, and in a good way. The Way We Touch is likely gonna be my #1 next week. Thank you for commenting :)

Hello 🤗

Sorry it's late, but assuming Charlotte will be able to stay strong amidst the boosts the Christian song Demons will receive following Holy week, I think it's safe to say she could receive a second week at #1, joining ABBA as the only act to do so this year iirc.

Absolutely is gonna hold strong though. Bet on that.

Thank you for your comment 😊
