May 11May 11 Oh cool Amandaland won, was the only nominated show i watched here alongside the sports coverage
May 11May 11 Good to see LOL get some awards, Amandaland too and also a nod for Here We Go with Katharine Parkinson getting an award. Also Celeb Traitors deserved its awards too! and good to see EE getting the best soap.Feels crazy that Adolescence swept the board as it feels so old now (its deserved though as its great!) - I actually thought it was in last years BAFTA's, but it must've just missed that round - and has been at every other awards show. Talking of which did anyone see the picture of Owen Cooper next to Stephen Graham? Owen is like towering over him now 🤣 Edited May 11May 11 by ElectroBoy
May 11May 11 I too thought Adolescence had already won last year, getting it mixed up with the Emmy's. Baftas is so late to the rest of the award shows
May 11May 11 Author I suppose because they run on a 1st January-31st December cycle for the previous year it makes sense that Adolescence is only eligible now but having been out to watch for over a year it does feel "old" in that respect.
