Recurrency rules are lifted this week since there'll be too many dropouts otherwise. From now on, anytime there are more than 5 debuts and reentries on the charts, recurrency rules will be lifted.

As for this week, the sudden release of the Spotify personal all time streaming list allows some songs that didn't have a successful chart run in the last few years to attempt their luck this year, as scattered personal playlist picks and summer jams flood the charts and ABBA's Chiquitita gets a well deserved THIRD week at #1, the first for any artist in the new charts and the most for any song this year.
