January 30, 200718 yr Hmm Arsene Wenger has said Arsenal may need to panic buy because of all our injuries. I'm sure there'll be loads of rumours about players coming to Arsenal, i need to get looking :D Yeah, Gilles Sunu  Some 15 year old kid from France, that's JUST what we need, someone we can't use for a good few years.
January 30, 200718 yr Yeah, Gilles Sunu  Some 15 year old kid from France, that's JUST what we need, someone we can't use for a good few years. no doubt we will use him though, and make our first 11 even younger  im surprised Wenger hasn't signed a 16 year old goalkeeper and an 18 year old striker yet, to replace oldies like Lehmann and Henry
January 30, 200718 yr Apparently we are close to signing no other than f***ing Teddy Sheringham on loan till the end of the season, yes 42 years old !!! We will be the f***ing laughing stock of football if we pull that one off

That will move Spurs backwards, when they need to be moving forwards. That would be the strangest move ive seen for a long time :o
January 30, 200718 yr Mido is likely to go to Spain as him and Jol have had a massive falling out The ridicule we will get in the media signing a 42 year old will be something we will never live down

January 30, 200718 yr Author Apparently we are close to signing no other than f***ing Teddy Sheringham on loan till the end of the season, yes 42 years old !!! We will be the f***ing laughing stock of football if we pull that one off  Spurs?!?!? he's quality still, he's 42 in April isn't he?
January 30, 200718 yr Its the perception that it sends out though jeez might as well bring Pele out of retirement if we are going to sign dinosaurs, Arsenal sign one of the hottest young prospects in Europe and we sign a guy who will need a zimmer in a few years, sends out a bad message
January 30, 200718 yr Author 4 months loan deal doesn't seem bad though, having the option off the bench. Bent for 18 million is daylight robbery when you could sign Ronaldo for 7 million and in the Premiership he'd destroy little teams for Spurs

January 30, 200718 yr The only thing Ronaldo would win is a pie eating contest, the guy is finished, sad as he is a great player but he would embarrass himself in the lightning fast premiership
January 30, 200718 yr He may be class but he was slow at his peak so can you imagine whet he is like now :P I would LOVE him at Spurs as a coach but as a player ? nooooooooooooo
January 30, 200718 yr He may be class but he was slow at his peak so can you imagine whet he is like now :P I would LOVE him at Spurs as a coach but as a player ? nooooooooooooo he could easily do a Nistelrooy and stand in the 6 yard box all the time
January 30, 200718 yr Author The only thing Ronaldo would win is a pie eating contest, the guy is finished, sad as he is a great player but he would embarrass himself in the lightning fast premiership He'd get more for you than Defoe, imo. Parts of this seasons he has shown how class he is. Given the chance, under the right manager. Like Mido was a right t*** at every club he's ever been at, but stuck it out at Spurs. Under Jol Ronaldo could be reborn. But in Milan he will regain his best years again, imo.
January 30, 200718 yr Author He may be class but he was slow at his peak so can you imagine whet he is like now :P I would LOVE him at Spurs as a coach but as a player ? nooooooooooooo It's why players like Henry will retire at about 33. Sheringham never had pace, so built his game around this major factor

I think Ronaldo will do good at Milan, but as its already been said in here if Ronaldo were to come to the Premiership I think he's just be AWFUL. He's not a Premiership style player at all and he'd just flop on his arse and chances are his career would be remembered for his awful stint in England.
