thought i'd get all your opinions on stacie orrico and her music. imo she is very inderrated, she has a great voice, writes great songs and is gorgeous. shes released four albums, her first in the u.k being -'stacie orrico' which went gold in the uk and gave her for top40 hits here. the album sold over 3 million copies worldwide.

 

shes recently released her fourth album, second in the uk with very little success here, the first single released off it was 'im not missing you' which went top 30. and is releasing 'so simple' as the second single.

 

watch the videos and let me know what you think of her, like any of her songs etc...

It's a c**p fact of the music industry that those who don't strip off and do write quality songs often are under-rated, and Stacie is no exception.

 

"Stacie Orrico" is wonderful, as is "Beautiful Awakenings".

 

Strong Enough is one of my favourite songs :wub:

Stuck is absolutely brilliant. Still a great song :D I like Gotta Be More To Life but I didn't really like her new song. I Could Be The One was good too :D

TBH I think only her "Stacie Orrico" era stuff has been any good. Esp"stuck" and "More to Life", this current era has seen her lose her style and go for this MoR RnB/Pop dullish music. No suprise to see it flop for her really.

 

She is a good rolemodel too I agree.

I loved her self titled album, all of the tracks were excellent, she had more choice of singles off it, I Could Be The One was superb. :heart:

I loved all of her first album, 'More To Life' is amazing, especially the jason nevins radio mix.

Love her.

All her singles have been great, the Stacie Orrico album was good but Beautiful Awakening is much stronger.

Hope the future is bright for her, although doesn't look good, hasn't her album been post-poned twice now in the US?

i like her she has some great singles that should have been far far bigger hits

Aww I think Stacie is rather fabulous personally. I adore More To Life, Strong Enough and another track called Dear Friend (off the Genuine album).
