Posted February 7, 200718 yr I found this out when I was reading a blog to do with Sugababes, apparently 'Chick Fit,' has been deleted from I-Tunes and taken out of the EMI Catalogue, the blog is speculating that All Saints have been dropped seeing as EMI were going to make some cutbacks. Edited February 7, 200718 yr by TheOrdinaryArcticBoy
February 7, 200718 yr Author Damon has said the same so I'm not sure how accurate this blog is, if they have been dropped I'm sure we will find out soon enough though.
February 7, 200718 yr It would not surprise me at all if this was true. 'Chick Fit' is heading for a major flop if they actually go through with releasing it now, it seems they're not bothering to promote it at all. It's a shame this has all gone so t*ts up, I love Studio 1 and it deserved so much better.
February 7, 200718 yr Author All Saints definitley should have promoted the album and single much more than they did, a good idea would be to put 'Chick Fit,' on halt and do some promotion and they may have a shot of having a sucess if they put the effort in.

There's only so much the girls can do to be honest, it's getting minimal video rotation and it seems to be banished from radio playlists. I mean, aren't record companies supposed to bribe music channels and radio stations to playlist stuff?
February 7, 200718 yr Can't see this being true when they've booked an appearance at G-A-Y on the 24th!
February 7, 200718 yr Chick Fit should've been massive. It's such a catchy song and it's instant too. The record company have really f***ed it up for them. They should've done a lot more promotion for the album. Noone knows for sure what's happening at the moment but yer it seems "Chick Fit" has been cancelled and there's something going on with the record company merging with another company due to poor record sales of their artists.
February 7, 200718 yr Author 'Chick Fit,' hasn't actually been deleted from I-Tunes I know that for definite but I hope that All Saints manage to not get dropped and are given another chance. ^_^ Edited February 7, 200718 yr by TheOrdinaryArcticBoy
February 7, 200718 yr Chick Fit is great but it's flop is inevitable. Surely, they will only be dropped after the flop though, not before?
February 7, 200718 yr Author Chick Fit is great but it's flop is inevitable. Surely, they will only be dropped after the flop though, not before? Perhpas it's good news if they cancel it then and then they can choose to release it in the future with the correct promotion, I can't help but think the video seems a bit cheap too.
February 7, 200718 yr as much as I love All Saints Chick Fit really isn't that good and the video is just a bit meh.
February 7, 200718 yr I agree on the video, cheap to the max. But after the album must have lost the label shedloads of money, it's not hard to see why they must be on a shoestring budget. I love the song though. If this project had gone to plan I'd have liked 'On And On' as the third single, then either 'Headlock' or 'Flashback' as the 4th.
February 8, 200718 yr Hope they don't get dropped. To be fair though, I coudn't see Chick Fit reviving the album. I thought after the album underperformed, the next single would be a ballad. I guess the album must be largely uptempo?
