Lecister (sp? ) Uni right? They seem to be playing loads of little mini gigs at the moment in small venues

 

 

Yeah, it's Leicester ... and Sheffield the other day.

 

They seem to be just turning up and people find out on the day [and miss 3 hours of lecutres queueing to get tickets :lol:]

I presume they will possibly do more of these in the future to get them ready for the big summer gigs. :)

They're going to be busy anyway :lol: I wonder if they'll release more singles from the new album this time? :unsure:

Well I hope they release more singles. :P From what people are saying so far from the new tracks they've played at these secret gigs, they're meant to have wiped away fears that the new album would be awful compared to the first one. :lol: ^_^

Well the thing is you can only judge by the studio versions really! Take how a lot of people think that the latest Ordinary Album sounds so much better live than it does on record :lol:

 

Then again the Arctics don't have the bleepy production they do but I'll still retain judgement until I hear this new album. :D

It's just i've been hearing bits of Radio1 all day and say when they're on about the schedule for the rest of the day and they mention Zane Lowe's show, they haven't mentioned anything about the new single being played. :wacko: Saying that though none of the DJs mentioned anything when the new Maximo Park track was played. :P

I didn't realise you went to Leicester Uni I go to the second rate version DeMontfort.

Nope. Edith Bowman mentioned something about them playing new Artic Monkeys tracks though, but I guess she was lying. :lol: Still I guess it was a little bit early for them to play the new track, but it shouldn't be too long now until it's first played. :D Might get played next week sometime.
