Are you going to post your weekly rant about cheating in an Arsenal game? Oh no, it was Arsenal that cheated so there was no cheating

What cheating??

Are you talking about Heskey going down faster than a thai hooker when Flamini barely touched him?

Even if there was contact (which there wasn't) blame the ref, Arsenal don't make the decisions.

Get a hooby.

Heskey didn't dive, he made Flamini look like Cygan and he simply brought him down.

Thus, he should have been sent off, therefore he wouldn't have been able to cross for the equaliser (Offside too...)

i'm sick of Arsenal scoring late flukes <_<

I was sick of that with Middlesbrough in Uefa cup last season.

And they WERE flukes.

You can hardly say a team that attacks all game and scores late on is a fluke.

scoring one late one maybe but not four :P

Wigan were robbed, pure and simple.

Tonight in the second half, they should have had a penalty & Arsenal's winner was offside.

But as I've said many a time before, I remain convinced that Football is corrupt because of the lack of using TV Replays to decide crucial decisions.

If antiquated sports like Cricket & Rugby can use TV Replays to decide crucial decisions then why not Football?

(But of course), over the course of a season the top Premiership sides Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool will get the "rub of the green" with penalty decisions, free-kicks, sending-offs etc over the likes of Watford, Charlton, Wigan & Sheffield Utd.

I wonder why that is?

Our first was the offside one, not the winner. And Adebayor had a perfectly good onside goal ruled out so it doesn't really matter.

all swings and roundabouts

out of interest when was the last time an opposition team won a penalty at Old Trafford?

Hmmmm Fulham.....Fulham when Carroll took out Boa Morte, i think....

but that is irrelevent, considering most ref's are homers. Like Larsson was rugby tackled down and we didn't get one..

Wigan last month.

Every week you moan about Man Utd or Chelsea cheating. Or that the ref was against Arsenal. I was just wondering this week when the ref was very much FOR Arsenal if you'd say anything.

It was a clear penalty. It was a penalty last week when Senderos brought down Yakubu, it was a penalty on Saturday when Ferdinand brought down Henderson. So why wasn't it a penalty yesterday? The equaliser was offside too.

Paul Jewell got it spot on - the only thing consistant about refs is their inconsistancy!

It wasn't as offside as Flamini's but his foot was just ahead. It was extremely tight though. You could argue both ways...

Yakubu was touched, and I say TOUCHED outside the box if you look at the replay.

And what is the point in the daylight rule regarding offside when a toe above the line of defence is now considered offside?

 This topic should be locked, as we all know by now Arsenal are obviously the only good team (all the others are c**p apparently) and we all know every team cheats apart from them.

After re-watching the game today, i have to admit Arsenal were quite lucky to get the win, i think a draw would have been a fair result. I also agree about the big clubs getting far too many of the decisions over all the clubs, but i dont really agree with people saying Arsenal cheated, its up to the linesman and referee to spot these things, and while we could all see things, they obviously didn't for some reason. I always used to get annoyed at Man Utd's late goals but to see Arsenal starting to do that in quite a lot of games, its really starting to get frustrating

Anyway, good luck to Wigan, on that display yesterday they're certainly good enough to stay up.

If you've not good anything decent to post, don't bother i.e never post again.
