I was hoping it would've premiered this week but I suppose it makes more sense for it to do so next week. :D Really looking forward to hearing this and hopefully it's as good as has been said.

Well i've heard a live version of it and it's good, but then again that's coming from a fan so i'm bound to say that. :lol: But I hope that people who aren't really fans of The Arctic Monkeys so far will be presentley suprised by all their new material. ^_^

Well it's always good to put out something that will interest non-fans :D That's the only way to have sustained success imo, if you never gain any new fans you can't last very long!

Well I think the new album will begin with very strong sales but after that I really don't know how it will fair for them. :lol: Some of the new material is meant to be better than the orginal stuff and the reviews and previews about tracks on the album have been good so far and so I guess the next singles they put out have the potential to reach to new fans, but I guess it could go either way really. :lol:

Well from the version i've heard of Brianstorm i'd say it's more IBTYLGOTDF than WTSGD. It's just a typical Arctic Monkeys track but its swayed away from the sound and lyrics of the first album and onto something else. :lol:

 

I can see the album ending up a bit like Franz Ferdinand's second LP tbh, ala good week sales and then after that it fades away into obscurity. :lol: I'm hoping that's not the case because The Monkeys certinley have more to offer in terms of music than Franz so i'm hoping it doesn't end up that way. :lol:

Yep they aren't. :lol: I mean we don't have that many regulars in here compared to most other forums and when this forum is active it gets quite high in the OF tables, but well I don't want this forum to ever get as big as say as The Robboe or Anastacia forums as then you can never keep up with them. :lol:
