This is such an amazing song. I just love it when Rob does more rock tracks, and this is without a doubt one of his best. Soaring guitar riffs, and a big sing-along chorus.... just what I like. :dance: He really needs to release a rock album. :teresa:

Released: 1997 (Life Thru A Lens)

This is his very first self-penned single, and the song that made me a fan. :wub: It is a very Oasis-like anthem, and at the time it was even rumoured Noel Gallagher wrote it for Rob. :rolleyes: Obviously not the case, but this song made me see Rob as a creadible artist, and not some joke from a boyband, like I did see him at the time. :lol:

Scotty .. Thanks a million.....I have downloaded some B sides already from the RW site which are brilliant....I agree with you about the B sides being better than the singles released...I dont know how they decide on the ones to release but they get it wrong a lot of the time....

I like this song very very much. My friend, who btw don't like Robbie, said that she love it and that it's his best song. :lol:

Yep. He also played it at Slane, it was bloody amazing then. I was there, so trust me :P He played it on all his tours before 2003. But seeing how he does'nt like the song much, he does'nt play it anymore. :rolleyes:

 

I have great memories of bouncing along to it at Slane and at Ladnsdown Road :yahoo:

Its hard to believe this track is 7 years old :o How time flies. I remember when the news first broke that they would duet, I thought to myself, the Prince and Princess of pop doing a song together better be good, and I was'nt dissapointed. A classic anthem, which is amazing live. :dance: Kylie, appaerently approched Rob and Guy to writer her a few songs for her album, they wrote 3 songs, but Rob seemed to really like Kids, and thought a duet would work. Shockingly it never reached #1, was kept off by U2's Beautiful Day. Oh well, at least that is a great track itself. ^_^ Rob's rap is my favourite part of the song, It's just hilarous and typical Rob. :lol:
