Posted February 26, 200718 yr What do you do in the lead up to a special public event? The gym is my morning ritual and it kick starts me for the day. I'm never too far from my mobile phone or Blackberry and exchange a lot of texts with my friends and family as well as speaking to my management company. I also try to book a facial with my facialist who always makes my skin look great and I try to do a fake tan the night before so that I have a natural glow and get a manicure and pedicure. Talk us through your "get-glam" beauty routine Before I put on my make up I always pop in a fresh pair of Focus DAILIES contact lenses. They're my "beauty secret" as no one can tell I'm wearing them and they're so comfortable that I forget I am too! As for my make-up, lots of lashes is a must with a touch of eyeliner and you can't go wrong with lip gloss. I always wear lovely underwear yoo - you should never underestimate how great that makes you feel! You must get invited to many evens. Is there a favourite one that sticks out in your mind? I only really go to events that I feel excited about like premieres of movies I'm dying to see, or the launch of something I'm actually into like a particular beauty brand or designer. Last year it was the Bond Casino Royal premiere that got me the most. I love Bond movies, it was a Royal Premeier in London and it was great fun and a night I'll always remember fondly. How do you decide what you're going to wear for an evening out? If I'm going out to a work event or party, the bedroom is usually covered in clothes, shoes, handbags, you name it! I usually ask a friend whose opinion I trust to come over to the house and I'll have a little try on to see what I like best. It's always more fun when you're not on your own. What do you do before hitting the pillow after a late night? I always, always take off my make-up and have aromatherapy oils by my bed.
