Good pop is not bland! :o Look at Girls Aloud or Sugababes, who imo make really good pop music - I don't think anything they've ever done has been labelled "bland".

 

I did not mean they were bland, although tbh even though I quite like the Sugerbabes as far as pop groups go, the last thing I would want Rob to do it make that sort of cheesy pop. I cannot stand Girls Aloud's music, It's just bubblegum pop which is not my type of thing at all. I much perfer Rob's lesser poppy songs, especially his lesser known tracks.

 

When I said bland sells, I meant in general. Like for example if Rob was to released an album full of 'safe' MOR ballads, it would sell by the bucketload. <_<

I would never call Girls Aloud bland. I could find much better words to describe them than that. :puke2: Like braindead talentless bimbos with all the musical ability of a plant pot. Harsh? :lol:

The Sugerbabes are far superior and actually write their own material as far as I know. ;)
