Sadly, I can't see it being #1, though it should manage top 5 comfortably enough. It hasn't had the publicity of the previous two, and its lead single is (IMO) a bit lacklustre.

That hasn't stopped me pre-ordering it from Amazon though (not to mention Lucie Silvas's album too, though that'll do well to go top 20).

#12 I guess. Ive ordered it, v.excited :)! I want Lucie Silvas too.
her UK career is over... so it won't do very well here.....

Can't see it charting very high. She needed to win back her British fanbase since returning from America but in fact has done the utmost to alienate them.

Leona take heed.

I shall be buying it, same with Lucie Silvas too on MOnday :D along with my bits and bobs for Comic Relief  I'm gonna be penniless again

And yes it just doesn't seem to have had the gusto in promotion of the past albums

Did I miss something, but last time Joss Stone was a very big a-lister... what happened everyone is predicting a flop? Anyway, the UK always move from the current hot chick... she has been replaced by kt tunstall, then amy winehouse, and it goes on... Hyped acts hardly last for more then 2 albums.

I listened on her website and i love what ive heard. One called Headturner sounds really stunning.

So TRUE. The UK really don't show longlasting support to acts anymore

That said Joss Stone has gone VILE but I always thought her albums were full of boring filler anyway.

I predict a high top 10 debut possibly 4-5 and then big drops- probably do about 300k in total.

I just love the album, Baby Baby Baby is my favorite song and I think it will get 4
She hasnt got the hype around her that she did with her last album this time..
I think she's had lots of opportunities - but she's blown them all. The Brits, on Moyles show, on the Live Lounge etc, well playlisted - lots of talk about her return to the UK. She's handled it all very badly. Having said that, the UK public do seem to move from one artist to the next newby very quickly, and I don't think she would have had the same success on her return even if she hadn't acted like a total plonker. From what I've heard, the music isn't strong enough either.
