I don't know about the lyrics but the melody is the same one used in Alcazar's Sexual Guarantee, which sampled a Chic song I think but I don't know for sure...

Its a cover of the Freemasons remix of Luther Vandross track 'Shine' which is ten times better.

Vocal doesnt suit the track. Better sang by male vocal.
