I just managed to renew without any problems... I think.

 

I am confused though- the original email, and the terms &conditions say renewal is automatic, so why the renew now link on the site ?

Will my other account be automatically renewed or not - are they going to provide a simple don't renew option, or are we left to email separately for that ? I'm half tempted to wait and see what happens out of curiosity (especially as the card details they have are out of date ;) ) - but probably should email the shop

No. I didn't receive any E-Mail to renew. The link to renew just appeared on the Official Site. And as I subscribed on the first night the last time I knew I must be due for renewal. :huh:

I have had no such luck.... I got the email today but when I sign into the shop the renew subscription option does not appear... only a new sub... the cheek of them... so I dont know what Im gonna do now..

I think I will have to send them an email....any ideas !!!!!!!

I couldnt even sign into the shop, so I thought I would try and renew as if I was a new member, but as soon as I used my e mail address it said that it was already in use by another member.

So I did the remind me of my password options and got the same password that I had been using for a year minus one of the letters on it :rolleyes:

I have re-joined tonight, thank goodness I didn't have any problems, I even ordered a tee shirt from the Rudebox range. The yellow one with 3 colour tapes with the 80's RW and R logos.

 

I hope you all get sorted out soon, I hate things going wrong on computers, its flippin frustrating.

Just having a bit of a laugh, it was in relation to the interview that Gary Barlow gave to the Sunday Times where he questioned Robbie's timing on entering Rehab, and a journalist from Closer magazine wrote back in defence and said he/she was on Team Robsters side. Just like me. So I stuck that reference in my signature.
