They didnt renew me automatically in the end like I expected them to

 

I got an e mail saying last chance to renew :blink: and they gave me 3 days to do it :lol:

 

 

Yes. I got that emial as well, but they said in it, if I did'nt renew within 3 days, it would be done automatically with my DVD etc ^_^

I have just seen an email that my subscription has been renewed but I don't want to renew it! After the ticket fiasco last year am not prepared to be in the IS anymore. Do you think they'll give my money back? I never knew that the renewal would be automatic :o ! Thought they would ask before taking money from me!!

 

Anyone know the chances of refund, and how I can get one?

 

As much as I love Robbie am not gonna give the IS one more penny of my money if I can help it!

Im not sure if you would get a refund tbh, but might be worth e mailing them anyway if you are that unhappy about it :cry:

I remember getting something ages ago...like March. But didn't take much notice (or forgot about it anyway) and assumed I would get another one to remind me to cancel my subscription. Or at least some kind of warning?

Seems to me everyone got different e mails to add to the confusion :cry:

What is on the DVD? Is it good enough that it is worth not making too much of a fuss about the automatic renewal?

 

Like for example, how long is it? And is there new music on it? Live performances etc?

update: My IS memebership renewal was cancelled, no problems or anything :)! Was actually expecting more of a fight, then just sending a little email!

Thats good news, I'm glad you managed to sort it out.

Perhaps they didnt put up too much of a fight because it happened alot with other people
