Great to see you Hulio, welcome back :cheer:

Yes, I do hope he takes the year off from the public eye. We all know he isnt the type who will just sit beside his pool though, I'm sure he will be writing and recording away. Can you imagine how good his album would be if he coninued writing and working with different people until 2008? :o You never know, he could always let us here some new material on his official site. ^_^

Hi guys! jupiter...scotty :yahoo:

What a warm welcome back! Can't believe it but I last logged on here on May 26th 2006, didnt realise it had been that bloody long!!!

I agree Scotty, he should take time off but of course he'll continue doing some kind of work, it's in his blood! Loving the idea of exclusively hearing new music! I really wouldnt want to miss out on anything so I will have to renew. And we get to see the videos and such like so I think it's worth it. And who knows, he may start writing his blog again too! ^_^

Hulio I thought you'd run off and joined a nunnery. You must come on here more often. :whip:

Yeah, time really does fly. Nearly a year :o

I'd love another blog when he is ready. Was'nt the last one back in May last year as well?

His last Blog appeared the night of his Croke Park concert. Those of us not at Croker read it and thought 'Uh-Oh'. And then it disappeared soon afterwards.

Really? How strange. Was it offensive?

Quite a few of his blogs dissapeared over time. One came back edited I recall

LOL! Not a chance!! And I'll try and come on here more now I've come back! I actually enjoy it more here than on other sites we use! ;)

And Robbie obviously thought there wasnt much point in writing more blogs if I wasnt around so much to read them!! LOL! :P

We can but hope you have the influence over him.

I'm off. See you in 11 months Hulio. :arrr:

LOL!

It won't be that long this time jupiter...promise!

Speak to u again soon, take care x

hmm a new dvd will have to think about this

Hulio

not sure who you are but hello :P

I wonder if the subcription will still stay at £25, my email doesnt mention the cost, what they have probably forgot to tell everyone is that to get the dvd, you have to pay £35

I don't care how much it costs, I'm just scared to miss out on somethings so renewal YES, but no more german emails please <_<
Did anyone else get an e-mail about renewals today??

They have an exclusive DVD to tempt us

...and we have some extra time for now - they will get back to us

So are you doing to renew?

ICR ...... no Email here yet... will turn up eventually I suppose.

I will definately join again ... I thought it was pretty good last year for 25.00 ( with a few Hicups here & there ) but it had some great backstage Videos while Rob was on tour which was great to see & I really enjoy the timeline .

It looks like they are trying to improve ... so maybe this DVD thing is Rob's idea to give something more to the fans.

I will subscribe for another year at least & see how it goes.... you could spend the 25 Quid in worse ways ... like drink too much on St Paddy's Day... Hic...Hic.... :puke2:  :hic:

Great to see you Hulio :cheer: .

I will definately renew. I want to be a part of it and I certainly don't want to miss anything. He had better do some video blogs like he said in that clip a while back though or I will not be pleased.

Hello Huilo, nice to see you back.

I voted yes to renew, but I have to say I am getting very tired of his fun and games, why do I want to pay to see his Man Olympics  the clip they chose to advertise for it left alot to be desired as far as I am concerned and if the management or whoever, maybe Robbie himself, give off this feeling of "I don't give a toss" which is the feeling I get from them, then they can kiss a very loyal fan goodbye.

and if they put the fee up too high, I won't be renewing at all.

Sorry, but I don't see what all the fuss is about. That trailer is 45 seconds long and the snippet from the Man Olympics is not even 1 second long. Does everything have to be taken so seriously ?! He was having a bit of fun and we still don't know what exactly he was going on about with the line that some seem to be taken particular offense to.

Jackie, I don't know why you feel that the management or Robbie himself doesn't give a toss based on the gift with subscription. On the contrary, I think he's trying to give us more for our money than a tshirt that some said fell apart after a washing - although after several and several washings my tshirt is still in perfect condition. Anyways, we're not exactly paying for the DVD but for access to the site and they have had really nice clips last year from the tour etc, the DVD is just a bonus, atleast that's how see it. Personally I think its a much better gift than the tshirt.

I love seeing Rob performing but in all honesty I've seen it over and over, I'd much rather see Rob doing whatever off stage in a more normal everyday setting, even if it is silly. Nothing wrong with having some fun once in a while. I think some credit should be given to him for trying to give us something more and not the usual concert and backstage clips. He set up the Man Olympics purposefully for it to be included on the DVD, silly or not, he's gone a bit beyond what he had to, giving a bit extra of himself that he certainly didn't have to. I personally appreciate that and think it should be seen as a positive rather than picked apart. Who what where and why ... does it really matter ?! As the saying goes, don't look a gift horse in the mouth. Its nice that he did do a little something extra to give to his fans. He certainly didn't have to. IMO that's a big plus, shows he does care, so I won't be over analysing it.
