Hey... See how nicely Rob gets the message accross without giving an official interview.

Could we have a little competition to see how many stories that you could make out of the interview above.

Starting Headline: Robbie wants to work with Simon Cowell...... Any takers ....!!!!!!!!

See can we do better that the Mirror & Sun

I've been 'sober' since Feb 13th??????

Well .. They say that ' Sobriety ' is a day to day thing anyway.....

and you can be sober from drugs as well...

Yep, I doubt he was back on drink tbh. I hope not anyway. :(

Great interview. Would've liked a little more info on when the Swing album will be out though. Hopefully next year. ^_^

Oh right. I've never heard 'sober' used to refer to drugs. ^_^ I did wonder.

Love his comment 'I love c**p television shows'.

The producer must be so pleased.

Yeah

And I wish he was'nt so nice when people like Cowell slag him off, he should've said something like 'If the people in Africa effected him so much why is'nt he over there now helping them instead of sunning himself in L.A"

I love this quote:

EW: So it was a life decision that didn't really have to do with your career?

RW: Absolutely, and I don't regret it.

Good for him... I think he made exactly the right decision to live in LA..... relax , have fun,, loads to do... his own studio ... freedom within LA with similar & like minded people.... & then can go to Europe & elsewhere in the world to work. He deserves it ... he really does & I hope he will be happy there as he could not possibly live in Europe without being tormented....

I know. He wouldn't have the life of a dog in the UK. <_<

I always wonder though...how do just as famous people like Madonna and Paul McCartney manage to live a life in the UK, but Robbie can't? From what I can tell, they manage to have a fairly "sane" family life...am I wrong?

I don't know tbh. The 2 you mention live on big country estates and don't seem to be 'out on the town' all that much. Robbie does seem to want to lead the footloose and fancy free bachelor lifestyle and to be happier in cities. Cities=nightclubs=paparazzi.

I really can't see Rob in a 'Lord of the Manor' type role.

I think you put your finger on it.. Rob has been around so long that we forget that he is still only 33 years old & still single.

Paul McCartney & Madonna are way older than Rob... both have been or are married with families of their own & therefore they dont draw as much attention from the press & Fans as Rob.

Im sure if Rob was a bit older & was married & had children , then maybe he too could live a similar lifestyle in the UK... until then its the USA. He loves it there anyway by the looks of things ,so why not. Loads of people from Europe have made their home in the USA so why not Rob.. I think the lifestyle & LA really suit him... He needs to be where the music business & access to the music network etc is at & with people & friends with the same tastes as him. Loads of his UK friends now live in LA as well so its nearly home away from home & I for one am absolutely delighted for him. I hope he continues to be happy there. LA's gain is our loss... but there you go.. That's life....May he be very .. very... happy.

Oh I totally agree...I just get sad when I see him harrassed so much when he DOES come home. Including death threats and bizarre letters, etc... I guess Mac and Madge have good reps to sheild them from all that garbage. That, or living in the country, as jups said, makes all the difference.

Yeah ... Its' a pity but Rob does seem to draw a lot of Nutters & people who literally try to live on his doorstep so the USA is probably the best & safest place for him. Hope he has a Ball.......& has a really fun & happy life.

Well I watched 'Entertainment Tonight' from Hollywood and although they

covered the 'DWTS' show, they did not show Robbie or mention him! :( :( :(
