Jacko to duet with Robbie?

01-04-07

POP KING AND PRINCE TO TEAM UP

Fallen pop king Michael Jackson will duet with British pop star Robbie Williams we can exclusively reveal.

Jacko, who is desperately trying to revive his career, sensationally approached Williams’ to work together. The ‘Thriller' star believes it will help kick start his career. A source told us “Robbie is such a huge star around the world, and Michael is aware of this. He firmly believes a duet will help get his music career back on track.â€

Michael’s management have contacted Robbie’s to see what he thinks and the former Take That star is said to be very keen on the idea. A source said “Robbie expressed a lot of interest in working with Michael. He has a lot of respect for him and sees it as a wonderful opportunity.â€

It is unclear as to whether the two singers will write a new song together though, a cover of an Eminem song is a possibility.

King of Pop and Prince of Pop to Duet

Michael Jackson and English pop singer Robbie Williams are to record a duet together. It is believed the former 'King of Pop' is desperately trying to resurrect his career in Europe whilst the Ex-Take That singer hopes to break America.

'It's a match made in heaven' said a music biz insider from Peru.

Snag

The only snag is that Jackson is refusing to leave Neverland because one of his pet giraffes is currently unwell. No-one therefore knows when the duet will be recorded.

Simon Cowell is earmarked to produce the sure-fire hit, rumoured to be a cover of Eminem's 'Stan'.

You gotta love April Fools, don't you

Poor Jacko, has no one told him that RW is probably not the right person to "kickstart his career" after the bashing he received for Rudebox ?

I really wish the Musical one was true. I guess he will come to watch Johnny though at some point. ^_^

Really time for him to go back to England for a bit anyway.

Chivas USA Signs Robbie WilliamsContinuing a recent trend, Chivas USA has pledged over a quarter of a billion dollars to attract a major British talent to play soccer in Los Angeles. After the Galaxy signed David Beckham, many thought the city could only manage one wealthy international sex symbol with morphing hair and little domestic appeal. Unbenounced to most people, the Home Depot Center can accommodate this blockbuster opportunity because they host two MLS franchises. Williams isn't known to wear stripes like Chivas so this could be a bold move for the individual, the team, and the fashion industry.

With a body toned by years of drugs dance workouts, Williams has just the type of cut figure that American women fans would expect from a British star. However, he has never played professional soccer. Nobody even knows what position he might be able to fill. Two other people named Robbie Williams have played professionally in England, but both retired decades ago. When reached for comment, an official with Chivas USA asked fans to consider the following:

- Williams is British

- Williams was part of a team boy band

- Williams already lives in Los Angeles

- Williams is sexy

- Williams appears on the cover of Sing When You're Winning wearing a soccer uniform and being hoisted on the shoulders of what appear to be teammates

- Williams frequently appears in public wearing soccer jackets

- Williams is British

Already worth an estimated $196 million, Williams is expected to fill his swimming pool with hundred dollar bills and laugh for all five years of his contract.

:P ;) :P

OK APRIL FOOLS DAY IS OVER SO TIME TO GET BACK INTO THE REAL NEWS

BARLOW SLAMS PUBLICITY-SEEKING WILLIAMS http://www.pr-inside.com/barlow-slams-publicity-seeking-williams-r82281.htm

2007-04-02 04:35:07 -

GARY BARLOW has hit out at his former TAKE THAT bandmate ROBBIE WILLIAMS for publicising his recent stint in rehab.

Barlow is baffled by the press release Williams issued the day he entered The Meadows centre in Arizona in February (07) - to be treated for addictions to caffeine and prescription drugs - claiming he could and should have kept it secret.

The singer says, "I'd have been embarrassed. If it was me, you'd never know."

On Tuesday , April 3rd, Robbie Williams will play the gangster in the the Musical "Guys 'n' Dolls" together with his best mate Jonathan Wilkes, who plays Sky Masterson. The Show will take place at the "Theatre Royal" in Nottingham.

'WILLIAMS WILL REJOIN TAKE THAT' - ORANGE

http://www.pr-inside.com/williams-will-rej...that-r82318.htm

2007-04-02 08:53:08 -

Former TAKE THAT member ROBBIE WILLIAMS will reunite with his old band mates, insists JASON ORANGE.

Williams has so far snubbed the opportunity to rejoin Orange, GARY BARLOW, MARK OWEN and HOWARD DONALD - who are experiencing huge success since reforming last year. But the 36-year-old is convinced Williams is tempted by the success Take That have enjoyed second time around - their new album is top of the UK charts - and won't be able to resist the opportunity.

Orange says, "Maybe it's my romanticism but I think if we do future albums it's inevitable Rob will sing with us."

Oh for f*** sake, I am absolutelly sick of this endless TT c**p. Is there something wrong with them? Why can't they just STOP mentioning Robbie and using him him for publicity. It is so bloody boring now, all this non-stop 'Yes it is only a matter of time before he joins" c**p is really getting old now. It's like every single interview they do, the exact same things are said over and over. Enough already, just stop mentioning him!!!!........ As as for Barlow, what an insanly ignorant thing to say - he would have to be a fool to compare himself to Robbie as far as press attention goes. The press don't care about Gary, he is never seen in the paper for doing anything, this is obviously due to him living a quiet life with his family - so I highly doubt the press would care an awful lot if he went into rehab, or even know at all, while Robbie is one of the most photographed men in the world, he is never out of the papers, so if he seriously thinks that Rob could've just slipped into rehab un-noticed without a big deal being made they words fail me. And why on earth would someone be embaressed for going to seek help for their problems. Oh it really would be better if he did'nt say anything at all when asked about Robbie :arrr:

WHy does'nt any of Rob's endless work for charity ever get mentioned in the press??? There is always news about the great things his charity do in the Sentinal. Here is the latest, thanks to TRWS. ^_^

YOUNGSTERS PROSPER WITH ROBBIE'S HELP

09:40 - 01 April 2007

The Sentinel EDITED

A Youth group is celebrating its 10th birthday with an 80 per cent increase in numbers after winning funding to secure its future.Westbury Park & Clayton Youth Club said it was forced to stop band practice because of a lack of cash, and the future of five-a-side football sessions had also been in doubt.

But Robbie Williams' charity Give It Sum is backing the football activities with a £6,000 grant.

The club has also received cash from Staffordshire County Council, including £1,600 from the Staffordshire Youth Bank - which children applied for themselves, and £1,500 from a local councillors' fund to back initiatives in their ward.

The club's director Paul Gregory said about 80 children had joined the already 100-strong group, since dancing activities were added last month.

Mr Gregory said the activities would help solve problems with anti-social behaviour in the area.

He said: "We attempt to provide activities for children and young people to get them away from the gang culture.

"Clayton has had problems. Unfortunately, it is a small minority, but one of the reasons we do this is to provide an alternative. When you speak to young people, it's always said they have nothing to do.

"We don't exclude anybody, but they do have to toe the line. It doesn't address everything, but we are doing something rather than nothing."

Mr Gregory added the club's cash injection would fund a wide range of activities, including guitar lessons.

He said: "We have had some money from Robbie Williams' Give It Sum for the next year.
