yea, Simon didn't mean any harm in it. Just the timing was bad.

Do you know ... I think he would be very upset over that ... I hope its' not gonna get out of hand.....I happen to think that Simon is a nice guy & all that carry on in the show is just for TV.. Its' just unfortunate & as you say bad timing.....Simon never sets out to upset people on such issues... its normally about things that dont matter..I feel really sorry for him & hope its sorted. Its terrible what happened in the States & must be very hard for the American people... our thoughts & prayers can only be with them.

I like Simon as a judge, but the bloke hos dreadful taste in music and makes ignorant remarks such as the one he made about Robbie a while ago regarding rehab. <_<

This situation though is understandable and hopefully it won't be made into a huge thing. -_-

Yeah its kinda hard to know....Simon was not so nice about Rob & rehab & at the same time in his book he clearly said that Rob was the best out there & how he really liked him....so I suppose there is good & bad in it... I do know that Simon does really respect Rob as an artist & has said so many times * he dosent blag him off about his music & his ability as an artist ( like a lot of the $h!t people who just want their names in the paper )... so Im prepared to forgive him...

Just saw on tv that Simon went on Ryan Seacrest's radio show this morning to explain the situation and apologize.

The bit from last night's AI that I loved was when Simon said to Seacrest - what rattled your cage - in response to something Ryan said. Reminded me of Rob saying that to Louis Walsh :D

Criticism of Robbie 'extra harsh'

Last Modified: 18 Apr 2007

Source: ITN

Producer Mark Ronson has been talking about the criticism Robbie Williams faced following their collaboration on 'Lovelight'.

That single featured on the former Take That singer's critically panned album 'Rudebox'.

The New York based English DJ said: "I just felt more for Robbie because I felt people were coming down extra harsh on him. But Lovelight is one of my favourite modern R'n'B productions I've ever done."

He continued: "You can't worry about if something does well or not, because if you're in the creative process there's no way to account for tastes and what the people are going to like."

Ronson has just released his second album, which includes a diverse range of covers from Kaiser Chiefs and Coldplay to Britney Spears.

But would Ronson ever consider working with Robbie again? "We speak quite a bit. I'm going out to LA next week for a gig and I said we'd get it together for a few days and maybe play some music."

The rich get richer...

1.00, Thu Apr 19 2007

David Beckham, Robbie Williams and Simon Cowell have all made more money according to the Sunday Times Rich List.

Music mogul Cowell, 47 is the big winner - his wealth balloon by an extra £40 million and the X Factor and American Idol judge now sits on an estimated assets of £100 million. From 944th position last year to 700 this year, no other individual from the world of pop has risen up the ranks so much.

Cowell has overtaken Robbie Williams, 33, who sits at number 755 having increased his wealth by £5 million despite a spell in rehab and the critical mauling of his latest album, to £95 million this year.

Sir Paul McCartney, whose divorce settlement with Heather Mills is yet to be thrashed out, is currently ranked at 102 with £725 million.

The world's richest footballer, David Beckham, 31, has an extra £25 million, which takes his wealth to £112 million, and is ranked at 619 and Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich remains at number two overall with an estimated worth of £10.8 billion.

The wealthiest man in Britain, taking first place in the list, is steel magnate Lakshmi Mittal.

In the battle of airline magnates, EasyJet's Stelios Haji-Ioannou, 40, is closing the gap with entrepreneur Richard Branson, 56, having broken the billionaire barrier.

Stelios is now worth £1.29 billion and has moved up from 80 to 49th place. Branson has dropped out of the top 10 and has fallen two places to 11 with £3.1 billion assets.

eBay con woman in court

Published on 26/04/2007

A YOUNG mum from Whitehaven duped eight people out of £2,400 after she sold concert tickets on an internet auction site – but never supplied the goods.

Haley McTaggart, 24, who traded as Foxymax on ebay, promised bidders the chance to see several pop stars, including Robbie Williams.

A total of £2,445 was credited to her account but customers never received any tickets.

McTaggart, of Cambridge Road, Hensingham, admitted eight charges of obtaining property by deception and one of attempt to obtain property by deception when she appeared at Whitehaven magistrates court yesterday.

Christopher Dench lost £403 for Reading festival tickets, Siobhan Lloyd lost £373, Gemma Pratt lost £370, Michael Davidson and Thomas Waldron each lost £303, Miriam Cressey lost £300, Adam Young lost £200 and Sheila Moseley lost £193 for Robbie Williams tickets.

She also admitted trying to swindle £325 out of Roger Clays – but he never paid.

Defending, Ian Nancollis said McTaggart had been going through a stressful time when she committed the offences.

She was caring for her mother and grandmother, who were both ill, looking after a child, working in the North East and there was a suggestion she had post natal depression, he said.

Magistrates adjourned the case until July 25, when they will consider sentencing and compensation for her victims. They left all their sentencing options open.

http://cotonete.clix.pt/upload/r/robbie_williams_50_cent.jpg

ROBBIE WILLIAMS got rapping horribly wrong on his dire effort Rudebox... but help is at hand.

In an exclusive interview for my new Podcast, 50 CENT reveals: "People should look forward to hearing 50 Cent and Robbie together. He's keen to explore hip hop.

"He's got a very distinctive voice and with the right song we could work well together."

Fiddy also told how he'd like to record an FA Cup Final song for pals RIO FERDINAND and WAYNE ROONEY.

He says: "I'd definitely do something to support them if they wanted. I could do a chant – Olé, Olé, Olé."

50 Cent: Look Forward To My Robbie Williams DuetAnd his rap with Rio and Wayne...

By: Chris Taylor on 4/28/2007

Entertainment News.

Robbie Williams is going to get his wish to cement his hip-hop credentials with a duet with rapper 50 Cent.

The American star says he's keen to hook up with the British pop singer and develop his new found interest in hip-hop - no doubt picking up a fat cheque in this process.

He tells The Sun, "People should look forward to hearing 50 Cent and Robbie together. He's keen to explore hip hop.

"He's got a very distinctive voice and with the right song we could work well together."

Williams had tried to attract big name rappers including 50 Cent for his last album were futile, leaving Robbie's own lamentable attemtps ridiculed by the press.

However, 50 Cent appears to be a man unconcerned with ridiucle himself, admitting that he would even wants to rap with soccer stars Rio Ferdinand and Wayne Rooney.

"I'd definitely do something to support them if they wanted. I could do a chant – Olé, Olé, Olé," he reveals

Oh and look. The Mirror making up bull$h!t as expected.

CHEAP CENT!

EXCLUSIVE

28/04/2007

SOME fell as moan that pulling girls is really hard work - so spare a thought for poor 50 Cent who has to hold arduous auditions before choosing a bedmate for the night.

And it isn't easy for the girls, either! Groupies fight for his attention before the hip-hop superstar chooses a lucky winner who gets the honour of becoming the latest notch on his well-worn bedpost.

To make sure the process is as tough as it can possibly be, the bullet-riddled rapper has taken tips from watching The Apprentice supremo Sir Alan Sugar when it comes to his interviews.

The 31-year-old employed the unusual seduction method during a three-day trip to Berlin for his new album Playback.

Shunning the German capital's nightclubs, the rapper invited groups of up to 20 female 'candidates' to visit him in the five-star Ritz- Carlton hotel each night. Once there, they competed for first prize - an invitation to Fiddy's personal boudoir.

We're told: "Fiddy only selects the very best, and the rejects were consoled by his entourage.

"The girls would turn up at his hotel at 7am hoping to catch him in the lift, in the restaurant for breakfast or even in the gym.

"He would look them up and down and if he fancied them he would tell them to come back and meet him in the hotel later.

"Once there, they seemed baffled why so many of them were around and were squabbling with each other saying 'Fiddy asked me to come', 'No, Fiddy asked me'."

After letting the catfight go on for a while, the rapper - real name Curtis Jackson - would grace the harem with his presence and the interview process would begin.

We're told: "Fiddy went up to each one and fired off some questions before moving on to the next. Within 10 minutes he'd put his arm around one and lead her up to his room."

The fired girls were comforted by his sympathetic posse.

Erm, lucky girls?

It's been a busy week for Fiddy, who jetted to London last Saturday for an all-night party where hotties including Sugababe Keisha Buchanan, and singer Amerie queued to meet him. Then, on Tuesday, he arrived in Berlin to combine meetings with Polydor label bigwigs with a little pleasure, before jetting back to the States yesterday.

At least his Berlin trip was better than last time in 2005 when he had a run-in with Robbie Williams, who moaned that his partying kept him up all night.

Fiddy later said: "He's a sucker. He said I was keeping him awake.

"He wanted to meet me but I didn't have time. Maybe that's why he was upset."

Maybe Robbie knows how these poor girls feel!

'IT' GIRL SHOULD KEEP IT SHUT

April 29, 2007 -- GUESTS at the beach bar of the posh Four Seasons in Bali last week where subjected to a loud, hour-long monologue by British "It" girl Tara Palmer-Tomkinson. "I've just spent the day at the spa," TPT - as she's told her new friends to call her - announced for everyone to hear during sunset cocktail hour. When complimented on her form-fitting little black dress, she declared, "It's Azzedine Alaia. I only wear Alaia and Chanel." After one mate sounded impressed when TPT mentioned she once dated Brit pop star Robbie Williams, the 36-year-old socialite bragged, "Darling, I've gone out with half your iPod." She added that Williams wrote the song "Life Thru a Lens" about her, and that she was with him on his U.S. tour, "when he was number one there." (He was?) There are some drawbacks to being famous, she admitted - the worst being, "everything I do or say winds up in the paper." Especially when you're shouting it.

geez another case of im not famous so i'll brag about the famous people ive been with :smoke:
